Kang Ji-yoon is a successful and ambitious woman who serves as the CEO of the headhunting company Peoplez. Ji-yoon is totally committed to her work and does a great job, but finds it difficult to balance her personal and professional lives. She surprisingly meets Yoo Eun-ho, a competent and skilled secretary who is also a single father.
